Group Charter:

Skin-Cap is a popular yet higly controversial OTC drug which has been
banned in several countries, including the USA, for containing various
unlisted superpotent steroids. Distributors of Skin-Cap say there are
over 100,000 customers worldwide.  Users of this topical drug claim
remarkable clearing of various skin afflictions, most notably
psoriasis, with few side effects. They rightfully demand an open forum
for the discussion of the benefits, side effects, potential risks,
sources, legality, and pharmacology of this drug. 

This has been the source of endless heated controversy in the
psoriasis support group where many object to the promotion of Skin-Cap

Discussion:

The creation of this group in the existing alt.drugs hierarchy would
resolve much of the conflict which has resulted in thousands of posts,
mostly personal attacks of one form or another, in a group dedicated
to the support of people looking for safe treatment of their disease.
