Summary:      Skin Cap is based on zinc - so what's new?

I am going to try the Skin Cap product.  I had a conversation with a 
representative of the Nova company which markets it in the US.  He told me the 
spray is based on a zinc formulation.  I've seen one testimonial to its 
effectiveness here recently and I'd like to know if anyone else has any 
experience using it.  Zinc ointments have been used for skin rashes for ages 
and ages, but I've never heard they were effective against psoriatic lesions.  
Does anyone have info on the pharmacology of this product?  The bottom line is 
that if it works it works, I suppose, but Skin Cap is expensive, and if 
generic zinc ointments do the same thing, why spend more?
